Sub-processors

1. How to read this page

These are the providers that process data on our behalf so the Service can run. We keep this list here rather than inside the Privacy Policy because it is the part most likely to change. Each entry says what that provider actually receives — not everything we hold.

2. Infrastructure

IONOS — hosting. Runs the application, the database, and the private directories holding demo audio and support attachments. Servers in Spain.

Cloudflare — two separate functions. Turnstile performs the anti-abuse check on our sign-in, registration and support forms, and receives the signals needed to decide whether a visitor is automated. R2 stores our off-site database backups in a bucket restricted to the EU jurisdiction; a backup contains whatever the database contains.

3. Optional features

Google Cloud (Vertex AI) — used only when you use an AI feature. It receives the demo text you ask us to translate, rewrite or narrate, and returns the result. Configured to the EU region. Google states that it does not use this content to train its models.

4. Payments

Paddle — our Merchant of Record. Paddle sells to you in its own right, so for the transaction it is an independent controller rather than our processor. It receives what a purchase requires, including your payment details, which we never see or store. The contracting Paddle entity depends on your location; see Paddle’s buyer terms.

5. Recipients you choose

These are not our sub-processors — they receive data only because you connected them, and only what you selected: Slack, HubSpot, or any HTTPS endpoint you configure as a webhook. Disconnecting an integration stops future delivery; data already delivered is governed by that provider’s terms.

6. Hosts referenced by your own captures

If the pages you captured referenced images or other files on third-party hosts, a viewer’s browser contacts those hosts directly while the demo replays. Those hosts are determined by the content you captured, not selected by us, so they are not listed here — but the disclosure matters, and it is described in §6 of the Privacy Policy.

7. Changes

We update this page when a provider is added, removed or replaced. Material changes are also notified in-app or by email.
